3 Hour boxing class split into two sessions. First class starting with the junior under 18’s for 90 minutes.

The group will be split into groups depending on numbers.

15 minutes of warm up & stretching

30 minutes
Basic stance & footwork (mirror work)
Basic punches
Cross (Hooks)
Left & Right uppercut
Blocking & parrying

Pad work 10 minutes
Bag work 10 minutes
switching between groups.

Shadow boxing 4 x 2 minutes rds 30 sec rest

15 minutes cool down & stretching

The same session plan will run for the 18+ with some advanced drills. This will be the basic programme for all users with advanced techniques added as the students become more experienced.
